The Baklava 2811 returns in Clear Sky/Limelight and Amaranth/Limoges. Here is what the designs reveal and which release details remain unconfirmed.

Two new Action Bronson x New Balance 2811 colorways have surfaced in official product imagery, but the more interesting development is larger than another limited release. “Clear Sky/Limelight” and “Amaranth/Limoges” show that the 2811 now has a recognizable visual grammar of its own: open mesh, curved leather panels, translucent structural overlays, visible stitching, and color combinations that refuse to behave like simple seasonal updates. Bronson is no longer only placing his palette onto New Balance classics. The 2811 gives that palette a permanent shape.

“Clear Sky/Limelight,” style code U28111IV, is the brighter and more immediately legible of the two. Light blue mesh creates the base, deep-blue stitching emphasizes the openness of the toe box, and a black leather wrap gives the front of the shoe enough weight to keep the palette from floating away. Neon-green TPU crosses the upper and continues through the translucent “N” branding, allowing the mesh and paneling beneath it to remain visible. The effect is technical without looking sterile. Blue and green provide the energy, while the black toe and earthier sole keep the shoe connected to the trail-informed bulk that has defined recent New Balance lifestyle models.

“Amaranth/Limoges,” style code U28118NQ, uses the same construction to produce a more concentrated result. Purple leather sits over a lighter purple mesh base, maroon stitching adds depth around the toe, and translucent blue overlays cut across the sidewall. A teal tongue interrupts the otherwise tonal arrangement. Where Clear Sky spreads its contrast across several zones, Amaranth compresses most of its color into related shades and lets the blue structure do the separating. It is the more dramatic pair, but it also makes the 2811’s architecture easier to read because each layer has a distinct color job.

That architecture matters because the 2811 is Bronson’s first signature New Balance model, not another recoloring of an established shoe. The silhouette combines an original upper with the ABZORB-cushioned sole unit associated with the New Balance 2010. It debuted earlier in 2026 with the “Mikročpske” release, then expanded through “Blackjacques” and “The Whisperer.” Across those versions, the model has retained its broad mesh openings, crossing TPU support, rounded volume, and Baklava tongue branding. The two new pairs are evidence that the silhouette can change moods without losing its identity, which is the basic test every signature sneaker eventually has to pass.

Release information remains less settled than the imagery. The pairs are widely reported for Holiday 2026 in unisex sizing, with Hypebeast listing a $180 price and distribution through Bronson’s store, New Balance, and selected retailers. Other sneaker publications report different expected prices, and New Balance had not posted either style to its public launch calendar when checked on November 2. The responsible move is to treat the exact date, price, and retail list as provisional until a first-party product or launch page appears. For now, the confirmed identifiers are the two color names and style codes. The meaningful conclusion is already visible: Action Bronson has moved beyond being a strong New Balance colorist and built a shoe that can carry his design language from one release to the next.
