Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between [Park AndJungle] ("Provider") and the client ("Client") engaging in mobile barbershop services. By booking and utilizing the mobile barbershop services, the Client agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Booking 1:1
The Client must provide accurate and complete information while booking the mobile barbershop service, including name, contact details, preferred date, time, and location. 1.2 Any changes or cancellations to the booking must be communicated to the Provider at least [24] hours in advance.
2. Service Payment 2:1
The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the mobile barbershop service upon completion. 2.2 Payments can be made in cash or via electronic payment methods as agreed upon between the Provider and the Client.
3. Safety and Security 3:1
The Provider will take necessary precautions to ensure the safety and security of the Client and the Provider's equipment during the service. 3.2 The Client agrees to provide a safe and suitable location for the mobile barbershop service, free from any hazards or risks.
4. Client Conduct 4:1
The Client must behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards the Provider and other individuals present during the service. 4.2 The Client is responsible for providing accurate information about any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities that may affect the service.
5. Liability And Insurance 5:1
The Provider will exercise reasonable care and skill while providing the mobile barbershop service. 5.2 The Provider is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by the Client or any third party during or as a result of the service, except in cases of negligence or intentional misconduct.
6. Confidentiality 6:1
The Provider will keep all personal and confidential information provided by the Client confidential and will not disclose it to any third parties without the Client's consent.
7. Intellectual Property 7:1
Any materials, designs, or content provided by the Provider during the service remain the intellectual property of the Provider and may not be reproduced, modified, or used without prior written consent.
8. Termination 8:1
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other party. 8.2 In the event of termination, the Client will be responsible for any outstanding fees or charges for services provided before termination.
9. Governing Law 9:1
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Ohio]. 9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Ohio].
By booking and utilizing the mobile barbershop services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
